Save time with automatic bank drafts or pay online

Do you want to save time, save gas, and save a trip? Set up an automatic bank draft for your water bills, or pay online.

The City of Lenoir offers Automatic Bank Drafts and Online Payment options for customers at no charge. That’s right, it’s free, and it’s easy.

Bank drafts are probably the simplest and most convenient way to pay water and sewer bills. Payments are drafted automatically each month, that way customers never miss a payment or incur late fees. To sign up for Bank Drafts, complete the bank draft authorization form (PDF), attach a void check or void savings withdrawal slip, and return the form to the front desk staff at the City Hall, located at 801 West Avenue NW, Lenoir, NC 28645. Or fax the form to to 828-757-2162.

Customers who don’t like the idea of automatic drafts can Pay Online. The City of Lenoir partners with a third-party vendor to provide online payment services to customers at no charge. To Pay Online, customers need their account number and service address zip code or service address phone number and Social Security Number. Click the following links to:
