Where can I get copies of incident and crash reports?

There is no charge to view and print certain reports from our online reporting site However, there may be certain fees that apply should you request particular reports from our Records Staff. They are located at:
1035 West Avenue NW
Lenoir, NC 28645 

Hours
Monday through Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except holidays)

True and Certified Crash Reports are only available through the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.

You may also obtain a copy from your Insurance Carrier or P2C; however, those reports are for informational purposes only and may not contain complete information.
