2. The City of Lenoir allows up to three (3) roll-out garbage carts for residential properties and up to six (6) for non-residential properties. Additional carts may be leased from the City at a rate of $5 00 per container, per month. Lessees are responsible for container placement and removal, and must follow guidelines set forth in Chapter 17, Sanitation, of the City of Lenoir Charter Code of Ordinances.
